I need some suggestions, please, on ways to use left over bean broth. It has to be too good and nutritious to pour down the drain.
Yesterday, I soaked 2 cups of navy beans, and last night, I cooked the beans in the crock pot. This morning, I drained the broth off the beans to use them in Boston Baked Beans I am making for today. I have a quart of bean broth that I know can be used in a tasty dish – I’m just not sure what the best way to use it is.
Have you found a good way to use the broth in another yummy recipe?
